1. The Maximum Commission Concept
   • At RE/MAX Lakes Realty, we offer 2 fantastic options for our agents.  Those 2 levels of commission options are "GOLD" AND  "PLATINUM".  Click here to view the chart.
     • The PLATINUM DEAL is a basic commission split that is available to those agents with a minimum of 3 years experience and 20 transaction sides.  This is very straight forward and one of the most lucrative splits you will find.  You start at a generous 75/25 split.  That's right..right off the bat, you get to keep 75% of your commission.  After $100,000 in gross commissions, then you keep 95%!!  So, if you make $100,000 in gross commissions, only $25,000 is paid to the broker, and anything over $100,000, only 5% is paid to the broker. I'm sure you don't have quite that good of a deal where you work now.
     
     
     • The GOLD DEAL is for new agents.  Though not quite as sweet as the PLATINUM DEAL, it is still one of the best splits in the industry, with a 60/40 split for the first $50,000 in gross commissions, and 75/25 for the next $50,000 in gross commissions, and everything over $100,000 in gross commissions is another incredible 95/5 split for the agent.  So, if you make $100,000 in gross commissions, only $32,500 is paid to the broker.  Anything over $100,000, only 5% is paid to the broker.  After 3 years, you can bump to the PLATINUM DEAL.
