About Eli Guidroz
Since a young age, Eli has always possessed a strong desire to serve his local community and help others. Growing up in Washington state, Eli was an avid soccer player and used his experience from the field to volunteer as a youth coach. He spent many of his weekends and summers helping younger players grow and achieve their true potential. Throughout his own soccer career, Eli won a high school state championship, played at the collegiate level and won numerous individual awards. This background in soccer has instilled a competitive nature in Eli.
After graduating from Western Washington University with a degree in Financial Economics, Eli and his Fiancée, Montana, began a new journey in the Iowa Great Lakes area. In 2021, the young couple took over ownership of Los Pueblos Mexican Grill from Montana’s grandmother, Florencia Smith. As an owner of one of the staples of the Okoboji restaurant industry, Eli has continued to fulfill his passion for serving his local community.
Along with community service, Eli’s family is of paramount importance to him. As a new father, he spends much of his free time with Montana, newborn daughter Georgia, and their two dogs Auggie and David. Eli also enjoys playing and watching sports, camping, fishing, and many other outdoor activities.
As a relatively new member of the Iowa Great Lakes community and the RE/MAX Lakes Realty team, Eli is excited to start a new chapter in his life. He brings his background in competitive sports, community service and finance to the world of real estate. As an agent at RE/MAX Lakes Realty, Eli is committed to diligently serving his community with honesty and integrity.

I have used Rick in 3 real estate transactions in the Bradenton Florida area. Needless to say these last many years have posed a challenge in these markets. Rick has always been a consistantly high performer. He absolutely goes above and beyond what other real estate agents do. Having bought and sold probably 20 properties, Rick is the best I've dealt with.

17 May, 2012Rick was absolutely great. He was extremely knowledgeable and professional during the entire process of buying our house. He did a great job of zeroing in on what we were looking for and was able to steer us away from homes that had problems we didn't pick up on. He made the complicated task of looking for, and buying our home look easy. I would recommend Rick Libro to anyone looking to buy a house in the Sarasota area; in fact, I already have. By the way, our mortgage person in PA (where we were moving from) told me it was great to work with someone who knew what he/she was doing.

17 May, 2012We were so impressed with Rick from the very beginning. When we were still in Colorado, Rick spent time to try to help us find a place(not even knowing if we would actually move to Florida). His commitment to finding us what we wanted was wonderful (a horse property in the Nokomis area). He also has a lot of patience and perseverance because what we actually found unfortunately did not end up being an easy or short process (to absolutely no fault of Rick's). His communication is probably his biggest strength. He is very consistent and always kept us in the loop with every detail, which we really appreciated. By nature, this process can be stressful, but because of Rick's knowledge, professionalism and communication, it went as smooth as it could go. Thank you, Rick! 18 May, 2012We moved to Lakewood Ranch from the UK so required an agent with good local knowledge on property, amenities, schools, recreation etc and Rick was well informed in all areas.Rick went above and beyond in not only finding us a fantastic lot to build a new home , but also a rental property to stay in whilst the new home was built and he even went to visit the rental as we were unable to travel back out to the US at that time and could only look at online pictures.He helped with the whole purchase process and beyond, providing recommendations for services that we would need after the purchase. 17 May, 2012We met Rick Libro 3 years ago, we explained our situation and since then, finally our opportunity came for us to qualify to buy a home. After looking at 9 homes he found us the one we fell in love with and purchased. His eagerness, enthusiasm and professionalism is outstanding. Rick explained step by step each process, his suggestions were welcome given his experience. Each inspection needed he was present from beginning to end (this is much appreciated). What we found to be most impressive was his communication skills in all formats, E-mail, Text, Calls. 04 Jan, 2016With plans to move back to Florida, specifically, Lakewood Ranch, I found Rick when I googled Lakewood Ranch Realtors. His name was the first that popped up and so I contacted him via email. He was responsive and prompt with answers to any questions that I had even with a 3 hour time difference! The moment I arrived back in my home state, I was able to have a meeting with him and get a house underway. Being a single female, I trusted his opinion throughout the building process of the home and frankly, I couldn't be happier!
